I`m have been looking for a bread machine in Khon Kaen and Udon for a long time, find one brand at Central Plaza in Khon Kaen, Cinema floor, it`s a unknown brand for me but I will buy it anyway. Brandname Fagor from Spain I think and there is a little information to find on the web, mostly in Spanish. Product name: Tentation Panificadora PAN-850 850watt and cost 5 800 bath at reduced price, little expensive compare to Europe price.

I bought one a few months ago....the Fagor at central. It is the best thing since sliced bread.

One tip. If you can get australian bread flower (They sell it at tops) it is much harder and makes beautiful bread.

I have one too. Bought it more than a year ago and it works very well. I use it almost every week, mix two parts of hard wheat flour with one part of dark rye flour.

Use it sometimes to make entire loaf (bake) and sometimes just for dough and then bake in oven. Makes great pizza dough
