Lawn Edging Shears

Can anyone suggest where i Might be able to purchase "Lawn Edging Shears",have tried HomePro,Home Mart,Tesco Lotus and Index in Hua Hin without success.Got a lot of Lawn to cut around.

Hi I need a vertical cut is the head turnable.

Already have a petrol strummer but it only cuts horizontally .

Can't you just hold it so it cuts vertically ?
