October 13, 201114 yr Author Providing a general e-mail address at which the people can get immigration information is also not allowed any more. Can't the address be altered so bots can't read it Without the address the whole topic is useless. Lopburi3, Can you therefore please remove this complete topic.
October 13, 201114 yr The website of the Immigration Bureau lists the email addresses of all immigration offices. Hover the mouse pointer over "Checkpoints" at the top of the screen, then click on the region you want. The addresses appear safe there from harvesting by spambots. October 15, 201114 yr Author Look luck with using that e-mail address. I heard nobody receiving any answer from that e-mail address. For this reason the Immigration Volunteers created the Phuket specific e-mail address answered by the volunteers in cooperation with the immigration officers. Some friends of my used this e-mail address and they received a answer every time within 24 hrs. Visa rules don't allow me to provide me this e-mail addres. PM me if you would like to receive this e-mail address.
October 17, 201114 yr Thanks for the information, merijin. I mistakenly thought it was the officially listed Phuket immigration office email address you were talking about and this was now being answered by an Immigration Volunteer. As the email address you are talking about is a public service address I guess that the volunteers -- and our members in Phuket -- would actually welcome its being published here. Please do so by substituting "@" with " [at] " (including the spaces) to minimise the risk of spambot harvesting. The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
