Can anyone recommend a reliable house builder in Surin?

My wife wants to build a middle class Thai-style house (i.e, no farang kitchen with builtins and the like) about 20 km north of Amphur Muang. She'll apply for a construction loan, so the builder must be organized enough to have plans and budgets for the bank.

i always use builder Alan who has done work for me in the past you should be able to see his work and contact him through his web site www.alanthebuilder.com

"a reliable house builder " - sounds like an oxymoron to me.

That's right. Alan's the best around here. As Roger said, see my web-site if Alan's is not up and running yet.

Any recommendations for anything short of a full house as Alan's website says he's only doing full houses. Need jobs doing more often than houses built !
