Non-B Question - Own Company, Sending Myself To Thailand

Featured Replies

Hey,

I have a limited company, registered in the seychelles. The company is actually doing business and i would like to send myself to thailand to find new clients or possible partners for my business.

Can i just write a letter, that im sending myself to thailand and apply for a non immigration B visa?

Is there anything else required?

Thanks in advance,

Larry

Anyone?

It will depend on the Consulate and perhaps if you are a national of that country.

I know someone wishing to do the same. He's European, the company is in the BVI. He has access to all of the certificate of incorporation and other documents. Will this fly? If its consulate dependent, which would be the most liberal where a spin fo the wheel would be in his favor? KL still?

Since your application for the multiple-entry non-B visa would be for the purpose of frequently travelling to Thailand for business reasons it would not be unreasonable to expect that you apply at a Thai embassy in your country of residence, ie not flying from Thailand to a neighbouring country for the application. In other words, this visa is not intended for people who live in Thailand.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
