Where could my husband go, in case he needs to have his knee drained (water on the knee due to arthritis).

We will be visiting Bangkok shortly for one month. At home he gets to the point where he has to have a knee drained a few times a year. Ugh.

He said he is not quite ready for knee surgery; maybe in a few years.

All suggestions are much appreciated.
