One of the requirement is my wifes family blue book

Does anyone know if I have to have the actual blue book

with me when I apply for the extension or can I just bring a

copy of the blue book with me.

A copy of the housebook is fine. I suggest that you let your wife put her signature on the copy in case she is not going with you.

I suspect the wife will be a requirement. Don't leave home without her. :D
