I have brought this post to light as a fellow member on an other post had advised some to use one,well for the great USA game Baseball yes and a smaller version for gurls a game called rounders for sure.Anyways lets say theres a bar and a customer comes in gets very drunk abuses another customer who is 72yrs old,calls another customers wife a whore,abuses the staff including the landlord,drinks another customers drink and eats there food,goes to the w.c.and smashes the sink off the wall,throws table and chairs into the road,enters the landlords living quarters very drunk without permission,goes behind the bar and drinks out of a whisky bootle,smashes a pool cue in half,pours a pint of beer over another customers head,and finally says he has no money to pay his bill. Do u Think A Landlord Has The Right To Use A Baseball Bat ? also the customer is getting more violent temperment by the minute .

Oh My! Well I will pretend this is a serious question. First why would anyone let this guy go that far? Second--anyone that would let this guy go that far would not have the cahonies to take a bat to him.

I wonder how much his bill was for? I mean how do you charge someone when they take a sip from someone's drink? Do you charge them a pro rata amount or the entire beverage? What about the whisky bottle behind the bar? Did he slug a half nip, full nip or perhaps even more? Did he eat the customers entire meal or just the side salad? These are important questions that need answering. Enquiring minds want to know.

Well beleive it or not this was the actions of one person and eyebrows where raised when the owner had to take necessary action,he had the choice of the owners wife calling in the law or pay his bill and damages,then he another customer the owner took him to an ATM to pay.Well the owner got slated on these type of forums in another occasion for taking a bat to a similar type customer so he could not win whatever he did.
