I was interested to see what it said, I'm guessing it specifically says 12 months from police report?

Either way I suppose there's only a couple of days difference for us, and it's way in the future, so it's not an issue. I'll further guess you got the police report BEFORE lodging the application, whereas we did in fact do it the other way around. VFS asked where it was and we said we didn't have the letter/authprisation to get it. They printed it up and gave it too us, but still took the application anyway.
