This is a long holiday weekend They should be open normally tomorrow (but road flooding could make it wet). If they do have to close expect they would re-open in Suan Plu for as long as possible. Explain the situation to them and they will call you back in a short while. I have to extend my visa tomorrow and the local office is closed. I tried e-mailing and calling Bangkok Immigration but never got an wnswer so in desperation I tried. To my surprise they called back within an hour with the address where the office had been temporarly relocated and a phone number. Remember today is a hoilday so immigration is closed.
