Ive got a xouple of small jobs I need doing around the house like replacing some doors and do some tiling, anyone got a decent reliable handyman ?

I'm no good at carpentry, plumbing, tiling or gardening.. but I live in Naklua so that's pretty handy

Plenty of handywomen about in Pattaya ,but handymen ?.....maybe dandymen

Try contacting Vic of the Queen Victoria Inn on Soi 6, he's had a lot of work done to a very good standard using local engrish speaking tradesmen. He'll probably let you see quality of work which is the best recommendation.
