Per topic title, Bangkok Immigration announces that it is still functioning today:

Immigration Division 1 still opens on October 26, 2011.

Immigration Division 1 office hour during October 27-31, 2011.

According to Official holiday issued by The Government during 27th -31st October, 2011.

Immigration Division 1 will be serviced by some officer available only for necessary emergency cases.

on Thursday 27th, Friday 28th and Monday 31st October, 2011 time 08.30-16.30 hrs.

at The Government Complex (Chaengwattana Rd.) , Chamchuri Square Building and SuanPlu Office

(SuanPlu Office services only for legalized special Labor of three Nationalities Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar residing in Bangkok)

And on Saturday 29th October, 2011 time 8.30 - 12.00 hrs. will be opened at SuanPlu Office.

(services only for visa extension of Tourist visa , transit visa , without visa , visa on arrival and Re-entry Permit.)
