FROC: BMA is draining water out of Bangkok with evacuation plans in place

UPDATE : 27 October 2011

According to the Flood Relief Operation Centre (FROC)'s announcement tonight, floodwater is being drained into Chao Phraya, Tha Cheen and Bang Pakong rivers.

9 provinces have planned evacuation centers for Bangkokians.

23 out of 50 districts of Bangkok are being affected by floods. Among these are Laksi, Sai Mai,i Don Muang, Klong Sam Waa, Min Buri, Kannayao, Taweewattana, Bangkok Noi, Bang Ko Lam, Ratchaburana, Bangplad and Don Muang.

Wang Tong Lang and Ladprao districts are also at risk of flooding.
