Two Pattaya students caught following South Pattaya bag snatch

PATTAYA: --Two 15 year old boys were arrested by Pattaya Police in the early hours of Thursday, accused of stealing a shoulder bag from a motorbike passenger in South Pattaya. The victim of the alleged crime, Khun Janpen aged 29 from Bangkok, explained she was on her way back to a Hotel with her friend when the two suspects on a further motorbike, approached from behind and the passenger leant over and snatched the bag which contained 200 Baht in cash, cosmetic items and personal documents. Police were called and managed to locate the two suspects and their motorbike in Soi Bongkot in South Pattaya. At Pattaya Police Station the two boys, who study at a government-controlled High School here in Pattaya claimed they took part in the bag snatch so they could raise money to modify their motorbike and play computer games at their local Internet Games Shop.
