Drunken Civil Defense Volunteer accused of groping woman on Pattaya Beach

PATTYA: --A uniformed civil defense volunteer, who was reportedly drunk, was accused of groping a woman on Pattaya Beach in the early hours of Wednesday. A complaint was made at Pattaya Police Station by Khun Anne aged 30 who claimed she was sitting on the beach with a friend when two civil defense volunteers, one in uniform and the second in plain clothes, approached them and the drunken volunteer, Khun Banchar aged 43 is alleged to have placed his hands over Khun Anne’s breasts. He then left the scene with his friend. Police were able to locate him further up Pattaya Beach Road in front of Soi 6. At Pattaya Police Station he claimed that a brain injury from a previous fall caused him to momentarily lose control.
