At the moment I am on a ED visa which expires tomorrow. Due to the flodding in BKK I went with my GF and daughter to Hua Hin.

In BKK I studied Thai with the ED visa for one year. Now we think about to stay in Hua Hin for at least one year. I would like to look for a language school in Hua Hin and visit the class there. But I dont have enough time now to get the proper papers from the school and go to Immigration.

Is it possible to get an extension of stay (with my ED visa) based on a Thai child?

Possible to get this at the Hua Hin Immigration?

I would like to avoid another trip to BKK in the next days/weeks.

You should be able to obtain 60 day extension to visit child from Immigration using normal TM.7 form at 1,900 baht. Take GF and child and birth certificate.
