Confused From Kalasin

Featured Replies

I am a47 year old Brit.

For thepast year I have been in Thailand on an Non Im B Visa.

However, when this expires in March 2012 I would like to continue to live in Thailandwith my Thai g/f.

I do notneed/want to work this time, I am under 50 years of age and have a minimum of40,000 THB personal income from the UK.

Fromwhat I have read, I don't seem to be able to find the visa that I require, unless it is a tourist (6 month) visa. Iwould like/hope to be able to stay in Thailand for a few more years but whatvisa should I get?

Can Ijust get a 6 month Tourist visa and renew it every 6 months?

Wouldthis be the best option?

I notethat the Non Im O visa, you either have to meet one of the criteria, which Idon't, or have the retirement visa, for which I am too young.

Any helpwould be much appreciated.

Your best option is to start studying and get a non-Ed visa becasue of your study. besdies a tourist visa, at this moment you do not seem to qaulify for anything else.

The tourist visa is also possible, but in the region it will be difficult to get more than a few in a row.

If you and your girlfriend were to marry it would make things easier.
