Polsci Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Now you have your spouse from Thailand in the States. You both are settling in beautifully in your homeland. S/he's adjusting well to the new environment and wishes to learn more about this wonderful country. S/he's enrolled in an adult education class to study more English. S/he's thinking about getting a GED or a college degree. If s/he's already had a BA, a dream is to earn a master's degree. S/he wants to work but is not confident with the current English skills. Jobs in childcare and retail help pay the bills, but s/he wants to push it a little further. I'm a Thai native with successful senior-level careers in the federal government and strong professional background in mentoring. As a retiree, I offer pro-bono career counseling to Thais and immigrants living in the U.S. You may reach me thorough the e-mail feature at this website.
