Getting New Non B Visa After 2 Month Overstay

Featured Replies

Hi all,

hope someone can advise on this. On overstay 2 months, have been offered a job with all the correct company papers and docs etc from a reputable company. My question is, after paying the overstay fines and leaving Thailand to go to an embassy either in KL, Laos or Cambodia to apply for a new Non B visa could the long overstay be an issue or and result in Non B being denied. Track record of previous years in Thailand has been very good with just few days overstay previously.

Any advice or guidance much appreciated

Cheers

It is not likely to be an issue.
