Having kids when old
This is true - there is a elevated risk for Autism in children fathered by an older male, even more so for an older female. The other facet of this is... 'what kind of woman' is a Male of 70 years old going to be fathering a child too - Where as a above (earlier post) I commented on not passing judgement.... I also pointed out taking the childs wellbeing into consideration - After the older father pops his cloggs, what resources are available for the remaining single parent. Additionally, there is an elevated likelihood on the child being fatherless at an earlier age. -

Shopee's on time delivery hoax
Those who are using Shopee will have seen the recently introduced on time delivery option, or receive a 30 baht voucher. I have already collected a few, and discovered it's just a hoax, because you never can use them since they can not be used in combination with other vouchers. Every order I place, I will get either a discount or free shipping thrown in, each of them being valued higher than 30 baht, so the 30 baht voucher will never be used, unless you want to deceive yourself of a higher discount of course. So just another fake discount offered by Shopee. -

We are on track to restore an additional 27,000 customers by Friday evening, Oct. 4, with another 69,000 in the hardest-hit areas by Sunday, Oct. 6. In the areas where catastrophic damage exists – homes can’t receive power, and total grid infrastructure damage and lack of access exists – 105,000 customers are without power. We’re working closely with the state on plans to address these as quickly as possible. Soldiers in Lopburi camp hospitalised after severe punishment
Code Red - not only in the US (A few good men - it the name of the movie). Wondering why this country has an army to start with - apart from yearly promotions and a permit for looting for the higher ups. In most other countries the army is called into immediate service and assistance in case of a catastrophe - like the recent floods. They (should) have the (possibly) trained manpower, the (eventually still working) equipment for such major undertakings yet I never heard of anyone calling for the army to serve its country when in need (apart from ridiculous parades and the self-profiling neuroses during children's day at the beginning of the year)
