Anyone else require a medical to renew Non-O Extension for Retirement.This is required at Nakhon Phanom immigration office along with all the other requirement which seem to be the same as other areas?

It is no longer required, but there still are a very few immigration offices that still require it.

As Mario states, not necessary, have been thru the process myself, letter from embassy, copy of bank showing funds...thats it.

I think the OP is saying in his experience it is required at Nakhon Phanom. It's nothing new that some offices may fail to follow the national rules in which a medical form is not required.

The requirement was dispatched with years ago. However one or two immigration Offices either did not get the message or chose to ignore it.
