glennoz Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 hi guys merry xmas I live in sydney with my thai wife and daughter and have a house at tweed heads which i am thinking of moving into for 8 months of the year and 4 months in pattaya in our house there OR live in pattaya permanetly and put our5 year old daughter in cheap private school south pattaya aus$800, i love the gold coast as well and i am permanently unable to work due to a dissability and recieve a pension ,whats your take on this since you guys seem to live on the gold coast most of the time .thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I also like the idea of thai-support group as I'd like the missus to have someone from her own country to chat incessantly with. We have a Daughter 6 years old & a 17 year old Thai son they are more than happy here in Aussie Land we go back every year for 4weeks. Im not on big money so it will be many years untill we hit the land of smiles! Pattaya is a great spot to live and yep they offer great schools. Most Aussie western food can be found now..etc so why not live the dream in the Land Of Smiles???
