how many times the 30 days visa exemption will be granted if someone come in and go out from the country by air.... and how many times the 15 days by land?

There are no official limits, and no reports of anyone having issues when arriving by air.

Land crossings may start asking questions after 3 or 4 as it could look like you are working illegally.
