Bangkok Bank Visa debit card
I have one only to pay Google for YouTube prime. Google refused to continue my account using a U.S. Visa card. They demanded a Thai card and the Bangkok Bank MasterCard works. I think the issue for Google is that the Thai pricing is less than the U.S. pricing. -

To me, the bigger issue is the lack of forethought BEFORE signing Executive Orders. The de Minimis process was introduced in 1930 by legislation. "Anyone, anyone, class, the Smoot-Halwey Act", And was meant to streamline intensive and expensive Customs-clearing procedures. If you want to change legislation, that's a job for Congress, not some geriatric, senile fat man with a Sharpie. Change the law after debate, then implement it over the course of a year or so. -

Good point. It's like wearing a pair of new tennis shoes instead of beat up flip flops so maybe looks out of place in my area. It may have something to do with my low rent area in Pattaya where locals are kind of scratching by. Some guy with nice sunglasses walking around looks a little stand-offish like he wants to be special. -
