Where can I see, which days immigration offices are closed around christmas and new years?

More specifically, I need to know about Phuket immigration office.

Since Christmas eve is a Saturday and Christmas a Sunday, those days it is closed.

The usual holidays around New Year will be Monday 2nd Jan and maybe 3rd Jan, both dates are substitute days.

Christmas is only a holiday in western countries , not in Thailand. Jan 2 is the only public holiday

As I believe, Jan 2nd is the substitute day for New Years Eve, and Jan 3rd is the substitute day for New Years Day.

If you look at 2011, then Monday the 3rd was the substitute day for New Years day which fell on a Saturday.

yes, Christmas is a western Holiday, but it is a weekend, and no immigration office (except Suan Phlu) is open at the weekend.

Also no need to be specific about Phuket, it will be nationwide.
