Guys ... please confirm points 1,2 and 3 or advise.

Born in the UK well before 1982, now live in Thailand and it is passport renewal.

1 ... I can use the Smart Passport Form (OL)

2 ... I don't need to send my birth Certificate

3 ... I take the form to the British Embassy here in Bangkok and pay there
