According to NPE Zeer Rangsit will be re-opening (at least partially) on Friday 9th December.

I passed Zeer on the 2nd or 3rd and saw that the Hotel's carpark was dry ;

problem for me is how to reach Zeer via LumLukKa ?

All floors of Zeer with the exception (obviously) of the basement level are operating normally. I had a sneaky peek in the basement, I suspect it will be a while

The food court is now on the 2nd floor in the space where the exhibitions and special offers usually live.
