Bird Watching Tours

I have a friend visiting Chiang Mai in January who is crazy about bird watching. Does anyone know of any tour guides in Chiang Mai who take people on bird watching tours to Doi Inthanon? Any suggestions for bird watching at Doi Inthanon or Chiang Dao? I would appreciate any advice (other than find a new friend) because I know very little about bird watching. Thanks.
