Are These Thai Sentences Correct?

I got a large collection of Thai sentences and their German translations from here:

http://thai2german.c...?auswahl=saetze (if quoting the origin is a problem, I would be much obliged to the mods if they could just delete the link and not the entire article)

But some of them contain mistakes (I found a few typos in the German sentences as well as in the Thai sentences).

Here are the Thai sentences, the German sentences and my questions:

ก่อนนี้คุณเป็นคนทำความสะอาด

Warst Du hiervor eine Reinigungskraft/Raumpflegerin?

Is there a question particle missing at the end? In German, it's a question, but in Thai it looks like a statement.

เรากินผัดผักเปรี้ยวหวานบ่อยๆ

Wir essen oft süß–sauer gebratenes Gemüse.

Fried vegetable should be ผักผัด and not ผัดผัก?

ผัดผักดูน่ากินจัง

Gebratenes Gemüse sieht sehr appetitlich aus. (mistake in the original: Gebrantenes)

Fried vegetable should be ผักผัด and not ผัดผัก?

มังคุดใบนี่อร่อยนะ

Diese Mangostanen sind lecker.

It should be นี้ (mai dtoo) instead of นี่ (mai ek) because it's a demonstrative adjective and not a pronoun?

คุณเคยเป็นคนทำความสะอาดมาก่อนไหม

oder

ก่อนหน้านี้คุณเคยเป็นคนทำความสะอาดไหม

Also, ก่อนนี้ is used wrong, it must be ก่อนหน้านี้ to refer to before in context like this.

Usually ก่อนนี้ is never written alone like this and must be used with such as เมื่อก่อนนี้

ผักผัด means fried vegetables while ผัดผัก means you are frying vegetables.

Since ผัก and ผัด sounds similar it's easier to get understand if compared to ไข่ทอด (fried eggs) and ทอดไข่ (to fry eggs)

and yes นี่ is wrong and it should be นี้
