Is everything open now at the Govt. complex on Changwattana Road? I need to get a reentry permit, but there is a flashing ticker on the immigration website saying that they will re-open there on the 13th. If they are not open yet at Changwattana, then where do I go? I still have some time, but this afternoon would be a perfect time to take care of it. I have a feeling though that they are open and just have not updated their site.

Yes Chiang Watanna is open and never closed. What the 13th means is that the alternate locations can not longer be used for functions normally done at Chiang Watanna.
