Yosion Apple Peel 520 Ii ?

Featured Replies

Have any of you seen/bought the Yosion Apple Peel 520 II in Thailand ?

It converts an ipod Touch to a phone.

I like idea of being free of contracts as a low phone user.

I know they come from China but don't fancy my chances of getting it in the post within Thailand unregistered post.

Excellent. I guess I'll be able to buy one in electronics malls then.

I nearly bought one, but they don't do 3G, so I bought an android phone instead.

If it cannot do 3G then does that just mean no bandwidth hungry app use but it will still work in Thailand ?

All I need it for is Skype audio over phone network for international and normal calling/texting.

Is anyone using the Yosion Apple Peel II no problem ?

Which SIM card would you suggest for low monthly user.

Just occasional calls and Skype.

Why? Did you find a place to buy one in Thailand? Or where did you get one? How much was it? I have an iPod touch 4th generation and it looks pretty interesting. AIS is the largest mobile provider in Thailand and has 3 G in some areas. True has some 3 G service too. It depends on where you are if it would work, at least the last I read about it. Skype requires a decent wifi or 3 G connection.
