We will be making some rather extensive modifications to a small house in the very near future, and are looking for some good and reliable contractors who can do this.

The work involves breaking down and re-establishing several walls, internal and external, beams for roof support in order to remove supporting columns.

We are also going to build a farang style kitchen and bathroom. This would probably be different contractors each specializing in these areas.

We have the plans for everything, just need good and reliable contractors who can make it happen for a reasonable price.

After having waited over a month, the guy we thought was going to do the renovation seems to have disappeared, so we are again on the lookout for someone who can help us renovate our house.

- breaking down a few walls

- buidling some new walls (qcon bricks)

- extending roof

- tiling of floor throughout + bathroom walls

I don't have the temperament to micromanage a team of Thais, I need to deal with someone who can read a plan and understand instructions and work from that with minimal supervision (a couple of times daily)
