Driving Licence Renewal....

Hope i have posted this in the correct section:

I need to renew my driving licence shortly (from 1 yr to 5 yr)....

i've seen a few reports of whats needed, but some say i need a medical cert and others say no medical cert - anyone know whats correct ??

Also, do i need to get 2 proof of residency forms from immigration, (i need to renew both car and bike licences) or will one, and a copy suffice ??

is it true that i have to go to the office on the exact expiry date ? (can't go before)

Lastly - whats the current cost ??

Phuket requires

one medical, copy accepted for 2nd licence

one certificate of residence, copy accepted for 2n licence

Touristvisa or shorter, one year only

Non Imm, one to five year by choice

dont really remmebr what they where 2 weeks ago but approx

50 baht a year for bike

100 baht a year for car

pluss 105 baht for photo/each
