On the topic of coffee, I just had some at 'Thom's' shop inside the Rim Ping supermarket.

Got reminded again that this is the best coffee in Chiang Mai by a country mile. Small peaberry beans that they roast in the shop, and a dual lever La Pavoni machine. (150,000 baht abroad, would probably hit over 200,000 baht in Thailand)

Stuff from the Gods.

Dual lever mak mak!! I will be sure to gin that some time! I presume no legal advice though.

next y'all will be justifying paying $2.00 (60 baht) for a cup of coffee - like y'all do back in America or Europe. For $2, I want at least a free refill! Or I'll make it at home for way less than the 'coffee artists' (e.g. baristas) charge.
