South Pattaya restaurant owner hurt in apparent road rage incident

SATTAHIP: -- A woman, who claimed to own a restaurant on Walking Street in South Pattaya, was badly beaten as she drove home in the early hours of Saturday following a night out with four men in Sattahip district. Police and rescue workers were called to Soi Sukhumvit 45 in Sattahip district and met with Khun Balingyar aged 36 who had sustained facial injuries after being kicked and punched by three men who were seen to follow her car and were reportedly shooting a gun into the air to force her to stop her car, a BMW 730i. A 16 year old witnesses saw the altercation take place and revealed how the four men in Khun Balingyar’s car fled after they were attacked, leaving Khun Balingyar alone. She was attacked as was her car which sustained damage to the rear and passenger windows. The motive behind the attack is unknown but Police noted Khun Balingyar appeared heavily intoxicated
