LaurentPerche
Could someone help me out finding a good place in bangkok to have custom made speaker made? I am looking at a place that would have experience doing this and i am guessing ban mor is the right place but i would like to get some expert advice. I would also appreciate if someone who has done it in the past could share his experience as well as the price level for a decent pair of custom made speakers. Thks. astral
Why are you taking this approach? Designing a good speaker takes work and experience and even then some of the major manufacturers don't get it right.............
stgrhe
I agree with Astral as I have never heard a good sounding home made or kit speaker.
KRS1
Sound is subjective. What are you looking for in a speaker? Sound can be vastly improved by simply aligning the position and adjusting the polarity of the speakers to coincide with listening area.
rijit
Agreed, better of buying a pre made pair of speakers , kit speakers or home made stuff, it's v v difficult to get it right and i would imagine disproportionately expensive, as said b4 manufacturers often get it wrong so , if budget is an issue s/h speakers arent such a bad avenue. plenty out there but if getting it right is the thing or as near as, you will 4 sure need to listen to the speakers you are buying in the enviroment and with the system you plan to play them through.
