Hello!

We are looking for a customer support agent to join our current team.

Our company is doing business in Thailand for over six years now.

We currently employ over 100 people. Our type of business is online sales (web shop).

Our main market is Europe. We sell to individual customers, retailers and wholesalers.

Company location is eastern Bangkok / Samuth Prakan (Theparak).

Job overview:

You will be working in a small dedicated customer support team. The job involves no active sales.

Customers who have a problem with a product, or who do not receive their order for example are some of the typical support requests that you would be responding to.

Support is at this time only done via email. No shift work at present.

Beside your work as a customer support agent, translations of texts need to be done by you.

Our requirements:

- Native German speaker.

- Additionally able to fluently speak and write in one or more of the following languages

(equal to language degree certificate level B1 or B2 and higher):

Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Any Scandinavian language

- A big plus is further the ability to fluently speak and write in English

- Have a good knowledge about office computers/internet and programs like: MS Office, Outlook, MS Word

- Be motivated and willing to integrate into the existing team
