I obtained vis afrom Hull as a multiple enrty non-b, I am in Bangkok at the moment and It has been stamped february 5th. Do I just have to leave and come back? if so can I do it anywhere? I was thinking Campodia is closest?

Yes each entry during validity of visa gets a new 90 day entry stamp. There are all inclusive trips to Cambodia border daily for about 2,000 baht for such new entries.
