They got good reviews and are way cheaper than the Bose NCs. Scoured Bangkok last week with no luck. Anyone know of a dealer in Thailand? They work even if the battery dies. Not so with Bose. David I bought a pair about a year ago and the noise cancelling on mine doesn't work if the battery dies. It is my understanding that the noise cancelling requires additional power to work. The way I read your post yours work if the battery dies? I also have noticed that the build quality is a bit poor especially with the plug. After 6 months of minimal use the original plug had to be replaced with a more heavy duty one.
