masakart
Hi, im an italian tourist and i have a double entry visa 60+60 days. The first entry will expire next january 7. Thai embassy in milan told me that i can ask immigration for 30 days extension, is it true? ( italy embassy in bangkok told me only 7 days)! if yes, can i ask extension again after the expire of second entry? It will take me to may as my fly back is on march 28. to obtain the second entry (60 days) do i have to go out of thailand or can i deal with immigration too? what do i need to show to obtain 30 days extension and eventually the secon entry? Thanks a lot.
lopburi3
You visit immigration prior to January 7 and fill out TM.7 and attach 4x6cm photo and likely provide photo copies of passport/visa/arrival stamp and departure card and pay 1,900 baht for a 30 day extension of stay and can do the same after second 60 day entry. Yes you must exit Thailand and return for that new 60 days. But be sure to make that second entry before expiration date on your visa itself.
