Out of loyalty to Thailand i persevered for nearly 20 mins to get an on-line quote, most other airlines it'd done in a few mins!

I have never had any problems from any where in the world withThai IntI , I only fly with Thai, but I have had some problems with Singapore afew years back, sorry sir we are upgrading our web site, what! over 3months.

Because it's crap.

I have never had a delay like that, perhaps their link to Amadeus (booking engine) was the issue.

Thai web site has had unpredictable performance (usually poor) over the 16 years I have been using it.
