My wife has her appointment at the PEO Office Sheffield 10th February 2012 and we have begun to put her documents in order.

She was granted FLR 5th March 2010

Below is a list of the documents we are going to supply, if you feel we are missing some I would welcome any comments/advice

Thanks in advance!!

Passports

Life in UK certificate

Set (M) form

Marriage Cert

Foreign National ID Card

March 2010 - UKBA Letter

April 2010 - House Contract - NI Number - NHS document

June 2010 - Eon Bill - Bank Statement Halifax

July 2010 - Deposit Protection Service

November 2010 - Yorkshire Water Bill

December 2010 - Eon Bill

January 2011 - TV Licence

March 2011 - Council Tax

April 2011 - Yorkshire Water Bill

July 2011 - Bank Statement Halifax

September 2011 - Certificate of Investment (Halifax ISA)

December 2011 - Mortgage Offer (Halifax)

We will also provide both our employment contracts, P60's and various wage slips for both years!

Have I gone over the top?

Also, I know I have used a few Halifax documents, but they are for different products!

hi chris i remember you being on the thread from hell a couple of years ago when we were waiting 3 months plus for settlement apps! we got our ILR in october from the liverpool PEO they seemed to have earlier booking slots than sheffield. whole process took about 2 hours. its all open plan there so you can see whats going on. i did notice ECO's were copiously photocopying all the time... when it was our turn the lady going through our stuff was overjoyed we had copied everything in one sequential package including every page of both our passports with entry stamps on; seems a lot of PEO applicants forget to do this and she was subsequently very jolly and easy going.

Better to put in too much than too little. The list sounds sensible. We are waiting for the results of our ILR applications (postal) so it may be some time before we can say we have safely jumped that hurdle!

I was slightly nervous at the time because the application seemed so much more straight forward than any previous visa applications and did not take long to put together. I think the photocopying took as long as the application!

We have decided to photocopy all our evidence, did you copy both sides? (eg Bank Statements)

Only if there is relevant information that varies. Bank statements tend to have terms and conditions etc on the back that are the same on each page. These pages do not need copying. If your information (transactions) are printed on both pages I would copy front and back!
