Hello. I am currently living in Ekamai, but find it a bit too noisy and polluted.

I would like to head out of downtown a bit, but still have convenient transportation, ie. BTS, MRT.

Any suggestions for a nice apartment building would be appreciated.

~45-70sq meters...studio, 1bdrm, 2 bdrm.

Newer, secure building, hi speed wifi (if possible, else I'll get my own), furnished, etc.

For discounts, I can sign for 6 month to 1 year lease, no problem.

Budget to ~15k for spectacular place, but 9-10k would be a great find..
