And while Im on this and I hope Im not exposing my stupidity here but first time i tried to go to panda raider using their GPS-co-ordinates from website I ended up out at Samut Sakhon....... is this correct or did I forget to reset my GPS to planet earth after my recent intergalactic trip.

The coordinates of Pandas contact page are correct but in Degrees, Minutes and Seconds. Maybe you use decimal degrees in your GPS. Just check your settings.

Ahhhhh many thanks.... and don't I feel silly now.... still this is the benefit of advancing years.. Im constantly able to surprise myself with things i used to know but rediscovering all over again. Cant wait to wrap my birthday presents the night before.. it will such a surprise the next day when i open them.
