Hi all!

If I fly out and fly back in, I should get the usual 30 day stamp. The question is, after that 30 days is up can I go to immigration and extend it for another 30 days? (I know I can if i have an actual visa from an embassy but not sure about the 30 day voa extension)

thanks

I assume you mean Thailand, you are not making VOA entries, you are making visa exempt entries. The most you would get is a 7 day under consideration period, and that would probably require proof of onward travel.

Assuming he is talking Thailand, this should probably be moved for the Op.

No the most that is possible is 7 days, but they would like to see a ticket out within that time.

Also to fly back in, you should have a ticket out within the 30 days or they might not let you board the plane,

Get a proper visa the first trip, can always get a re-entry permit to keep the permitted to stay stamp alive if you want to leave the country for a few days, that coould then be extended at local immigration.
