60 Day Extension Based On Marriage

I want to get a 60 day extension based on marriage, but i have a new passport. do i have to transfer exit stamp into new passport before applying for extension, or do i just hand over both passports when applying?

They will have to do both but if a visa entry they do not do except on exit now so will have to be at the same time in that case.

Yes, that would be the way to do it.

Transfer is free of charge and should take about 10 minutes. make sure you have copies of old and new passport, as well as embassy letter about new passport if you got one.
