I had searches all over the internet for channel 3 and 7 live broadcast on the internet. I couldn't find any host that broadcast these channels.

I never watch Thai TV, so I don't know which channels those are, but here's a link I have...

If you click on Thailand, there's something there called ABTV3/Nation Biz. I don't know if that's channel 3 or not, or if any of the others are.

It doesn't look like they have either of the channels you're looking for either, but just thought I'd throw in that link in case anyone else was looking for Thai TV channels via the internet.
