Hopefully someone can help me with this,

Last year I had been studying in Thailand since May (ED visa) and I returned to the UK at the end of November. I now have about 4-5 months still left left on my visa. I am planning on going back to Thailand to study within the next two months.

Is my visa still valid??

Should I apply for a new visa??

It's still valid if you got yourself a re-entry permit before you left. Otherwise it's cancelled, you need a new visa.

Did/do you have a multi entry visa; or a 90 day extension of stay; or a one year extension of stay?

If you had a multi entry visa which is still valid it can still be used for a new 90 day entry.

If you had a 90 day extension or one year extension and obtained a re-entry permit you can enter for that permitted to stay date.

If you had an extension and did not obtain a re-entry permit is is no longer valid and you will need a new visa.
