When I was there 1 year ago they didn't issue any double entry tourist visas. That office is STILL the best place to go though for visas. They will however issue a double entry for non B visas.

That would be highly unusual for any Consulate to do as non immigrant should be single or multi entry. I know it has happened; but very rare.

I just returned today from Savvanakhet and I was issued a double entry tourist visa

Was very easy

Arrived at consulate at 9am

was 19th in Q

Was out of consulate at 9.17am

Picked it this afternoon at 2pm

Only need to full out application, two photos and copy of info page of passport

No questions asked
