The much-anticipated iPad 3 announcement and release date is probably imminent, as Apple have previously chosen dates in January or March to show off each new iPad.

I last heard that the whole "iPad3" thing was a ruse, they're really releasing the iPad2.5 I mean iPad2S.

Im bored shitless with these endless releases of crap that half the time doesnt work, some snotty face kid spending his whole childhood with one welded to his elbow, I see the little shits all over bangkok often still in nappies/diaper.

I love children, the latest "in" thing for the idiots that buy them.................where can I get one cheap?

There are rumors about production issues with the new display, and supply chain issues on other components especially some from Samsung. I can see Apple trying to squeeze through Q1, with an iPad 2S available in the U.S. late March, early April. It will be interesting to see what happens with pricing, both on the 2 and 2S.

They're basing their suspected, possibly, imminent, release date announcement on the dates of previous release date announcements ...

Don't hold your breath.

It's only a name. Point is, there's an upgraded iPad coming soon. Most likely in March, according to usually-reliable pundits.
